Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to HQDirector.com, MyHQDirector, and every current and future Director application, including CrewDirector, AssetDirector, and FleetDirector. It applies to visitors, customers, authorized users, and anyone using these services through them.

Permitted use

Use the services only for lawful, authorized business purposes and in accordance with the applicable agreement, documented permissions, and this AUP. Customers are responsible for their users, content, and use of accounts under their control.

Prohibited conduct

You must not, and must not enable another person to:

• access an account, system, data, or network without authorization;
• bypass security controls, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malware, or interfere with service availability;
• use the services to violate law or rights, impersonate another party, or submit fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, or abusive material;
• upload, transmit, or make available content you do not have the right to use, including unlawful personal data or confidential information;
• reverse engineer, scrape, harvest credentials or data, or use automated means except where we expressly permit it in writing; or
• resell, rent, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to the services.

Protection and enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate steps to protect people, data, and services, including removing content, restricting access, or suspending service as allowed by the applicable agreement. This AUP does not require monitoring or promise a particular enforcement outcome. If this AUP conflicts with an executed agreement, that agreement controls for its subject matter.
