These terms incorporate by reference the Service Agreement, Billing Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and Product Terms. Those materials address the services and commercial relationship to the extent they apply.

Service boundary

MyHQDirector provides the boundary for signup, checkout, subscription administration, entitlement determination, and launching authorized Director applications. Initial available suite applications are CrewDirector, AssetDirector, and FleetDirector. Access to an application depends on the applicable account, organization, role, subscription, and entitlement; website access alone does not provide application access.

Website use and content

Website content may change. You may view and share links to public content for lawful informational purposes, but must not disrupt, overload, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, its infrastructure, or information belonging to another person. HQDIRECTOR CORP and its licensors retain rights in the website's original content, branding, design, and software.
